Pohst is a subscription-based SaaS platform providing social media scheduling, analytics, AI content generation, and communication tools.
1. Overview
This Refund Policy applies to all services provided by Pohst, including pohst.media, signal.pohst.app, and any related applications, APIs, or subdomains operated under the Pohst brand.
2. Subscription Services
All Pohst plans are digital subscriptions that provide immediate access to platform features including:
- Social media scheduling and publishing tools
- Analytics and engagement tracking
- AI-generated content tools
- Email and messaging systems
- Signal service layer (signal.pohst.app / Postiz-based services)
3. No Automatic Refunds
Due to the nature of digital services, all purchases are generally non-refundable once payment has been processed.
You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing.
4. Refund Eligibility (Limited Cases)
Refunds may only be considered in the following cases:
- Duplicate or accidental charges
- Verified billing errors caused by the system
- Extended service outage preventing access
All refund requests are reviewed individually and are not guaranteed.
5. Usage-Based Services
Some features (including AI generation, analytics processing, and messaging services) consume system resources at the time of use.
Refunds cannot be issued for services that have already been delivered or consumed.
6. AI Features
AI-generated content is provided as a tool for user assistance. Outputs are generated in real time and cannot be reversed or refunded once produced.
7. Third-Party Integrations
Pohst integrates with third-party platforms such as Meta, X, LinkedIn, and TikTok for publishing and analytics.
We are not responsible for issues, limitations, or disruptions caused by third-party platforms.
8. Signal.pohst.app
signal.pohst.app is a service layer within the Pohst platform powered by third-party software (including Postiz). It is used for scheduling, publishing workflows, analytics, and communication features.
9. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without contacting support first may result in account suspension while the issue is investigated.
10. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund past payments.
11. Service Access After Cancellation
You will typically retain access until the end of your billing period unless otherwise stated.
